National Shami Kabab Recipe Mix is a pulse patty minced meat, specially made by a panel of experts, using aromatic spices and the finest ingredients in exactly the right measure. It will enable you to cook meals with ease that you and your loved ones can relish each day.
Ingredients:
1. Red Chilli
2. Salt
3. Black Pepper
4. Cumin Seed
5. Clove
6. Cinnamon
7. Cardamom
8. Citric Acid
9. Monosodium Glutamate
Steps of Cooking:
1. Boil: Mix beef pieces/mince, gram lentils, onions, ginger paste, garlic paste and National Shami Kabab Recipe Mix in a pan.
2. Add 3-4 glasses of water (2 glasses in case of mince) and bring to boil. Lower the heat and cook until meat is tender and water evaporates.
3. Grind the mixture in a chopper.
4. Add green masala s and eggs into the mixture.
5. Make medium sized kababs.
6. Heat oil in a frying pan and fry the kababs on low heat from both sides.
7. Serve: Delicious Shami Kabab is ready. Serve with raita or National Tomato Ketchup.
