Nakji bokum is a very spicy octopus dish enjoyed by many Koreans. Try this instant ramen version. Stove Top Step 01. Boil 800 mL (about 3 cups) of water. Add noodles. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Step 02. Remove from heat. Strain noodles and leave 8 tablespoons of water. Step 03. Add soup base and vegetable mix. Mix well and serve.
